Sarah Thomas is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with extensive experience working with children of all ages, from preschool through high school. With over 10 years of experience as a School Social Worker, preschool teacher, and as a parent of a neurodivergent child, Sarah has developed a deep understanding of the challenges children face in the school environment, special education systems, and the importance of providing tailored support for each child’s unique needs.

Sarah specializes in supporting children and adolescents with emotional regulation, social communication, impulse control, self-esteem challenges, anxiety, anger, and executive functioning skills.
