Bio
Sarah is a licensed therapist who works with children, adolescents, and families to support emotional growth, resilience, and meaningful change. She creates a warm, engaging environment where clients feel both safe and appropriately challenged. Sarah integrates evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy techniques, and trauma-informed interventions to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier relationships.
Sarah has a particular passion for helping children and teens navigate anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, social challenges, and life transitions. She partners closely with parents and caregivers, believing that lasting progress happens when families feel supported and equipped. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and developmentally attuned — meeting each client where they are while helping them move toward who they want to become.
