Supported Employment

For Clients

This program helps individuals with disabilities to find and sustain meaningful employment within their communities. Disabilities include physical, mental health, intellectual and/or developmental. JF&CS works with local businesses to offer a positive experience for both clients and employers.

OUR SERVICES:

  • Resumes and cover letters
  • Job searching and application assistance
  • Interview preparation and coaching
  • Job coaching and weekly on-site visits
  • Collaboration with workplace supervisors
  • Self-advocacy education and training
  • Monthly workshops (in-person and virtual)

Supported Employment clients receive assistance from job coaches.

We support employers with education on how to effectively work with people with disabilities, which creates more inclusive, diverse workplaces and offers unlimited potential.
