Our Mission
Supported Employment Services (SES) helps individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) to find and sustain meaningful employment within their communities.

Our Services
We work with trusted employers to offer meaningful job placement tailored to the unique strengths, skills and preferences of the individual. We enhance, support and empower each person’s unique integration into the workforce by helping with:
- Job searching
- Resumes and cover letters
- Job applications
- Interview preparation and coaching
- On-site and off-site job coaching
- Communication with workplace supervisors
- Encouraging self-advocacy
- Identifying beneficial supports
