About Bayley Mays HAMSA Case Manager
Bayley Mays practiced family law for 10 years, before pursuing a calling in social services. She has worked with adolescents with substance use disorder at both intensive inpatient and outpatient programs.

Bio
Bayley obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama. After practicing as a family law attorney for nearly a decade, she realized she wanted to help families struggling with mental and behavioral issues. Bayley left the practice of law to pursue a calling in social services.
Before joining JF&CS, Bayley served as a Case Manager and the Assistant Program Director for Brightstone Transitions. She has also worked with adolescents with substance use disorder at intensive inpatient and outpatient programs. Bayley utilizes a strengths-based approach to assist those on the path to healing.
