"I have a passion for those struggling with Substance Use Disorders, addiction and mental health issues as well as those in Recovery. Developing the ability to consistently identify the correct emotions you’re feeling in the moment can be the difference between inner peace and ongoing pain/suffering.
To begin the practice of self compassion can eventually lead to compassion for others. We can then begin the healing process as we examine the anger and hurt we have carried with us. As we let go of it.
Our current reality, though patterns, belief systems (often generational) that consist of fear, hopelessness, regret, failure, anger, frustration and negativity can be completely reshaped and can ultimately present you with a life of success and contentment."
