Bio

Danny is a clinician with over 25 years of experience working in human services, including extensive work within the Jewish community. He provides therapy to adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating substance use disorders, addiction and recovery, life transitions, family conflict, and ongoing mental health challenges. Danny brings particular passion and experience to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals coping with intergenerational trauma, and those working through estrangement, reunification, and complex family dynamics.

His clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), combined with a direct, engaged therapeutic style.

Danny helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, maladaptive behaviors, develop boundaries, build emotional regulation skills, and better understand the internal parts of themselves that drive behavior. He believes that insight paired with practical tools creates meaningful, sustainable change. He holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Chicago. He has practiced in Chicago, New York City and Los Angeles. Relatively new to Atlanta, Danny enjoys anything on The Beltline, quality time with his husband and 80s and 90s dance parties.
