Shelley has over  18 years in leadership, management, and program development in the nonprofit arena. She has been on staff and a volunteer in the Careers Services division since 2016.

Shelley's Bio

Prior to coming to JF&CS she was a synagogue Executive Director in Minnesota, a synagogue President, Treasurer, and on the Board of the Union for Reform Judaism, Chicago Federation. Her professional focus is on data-informed planning, financial sustainability, and quality delivery of program services. Her skill set includes vision setting, logic model development, program management, community collaborations, budget and human resource management, and workshop facilitation. As a highly productive team player, she has been recognized for a flexible, positive, and energetic approach as she works hard to provide the much-needed support and encouragement in the lives of job seekers.
