Bio
Erica Sanders is a native of Wilmington, De. She is a Masters Level Clinician, graduating from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Social Work. She attended Springfield College where she obtained her Master of Science degree with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling. Erica has over 15 years of professional and career learning experiences in Community- Based Case Management and Behavioral Health. She has spent the last four years dedicated to working with older adults with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Personal Statement: I enjoy working with older adults because I believe that as a person ages, they should be able to enjoy their final years at home with those who love them.
