Skye is a Social Work Case Manager/Family Navigator with over 20 years in the field. Her expertise include over 20 years of providing services to children & families in a hospital-based setting. Other areas of expertise include developing & running community-based programs for terminally ill & medically compromised children. She helps her clients manage issues related to anxiety, depression, grief & loss, self-esteem, stress, family dynamics, healthy lifestyle, relationships, life transitions, etc. Skye makes sure that each session is individualized to best fit the unique needs of each client.
