Patrick values building relationships with children, adolescents, and young adults and their families and is passionate about helping the entire, family unit to help individual clients cope more effectively with what is going on in their life within these measures.

Patrick Van Middelem, LPC, has a strong focus on helping and working with young children and adolescents and also young adults through anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma related issues, while also having a specialization in working with this same population by using sport, dietary, and exercise-based principles as well. Patrick values building relationships with children, adolescents, and young adults and their families and is passionate about helping the entire, family unit to help individual clients cope more effectively with what is going on in their life within these measures.
Patrick is originally from Baltimore, Maryland where he was born and then subsequently raised and lived in Arnold and Severna Park in Maryland before moving to Atlanta, GA at the end of 2019 where he resides full-time now in Kennesaw. He graduated from the Towson University in 2010 with 2 undergraduate degrees in Sport Management and Business Administration (Focus in HR) and then from the University of Baltimore in 2014 where he obtained his MS in Applied Psychology. Patrick has worked in community-based services and different, mental health settings for the past decade before coming over to JF&CS in 2024.
