Bio
Keryn Benasuly joined the clinical team in 2018 as a community-based clinician. In her role, she utilizes a strengths-based approach to help clients through difficult transitions including navigating the challenges of aging.
Before JF&CS, Keryn spent the five years working with chronic and terminally ill adults and children and their families and caregivers. Keryn graduated with an MSW from UGA in 2013. During this time, she completed a clinical internship at the Atlanta VA Hospital in Inpatient Mental Health and Inpatient Medicine.
Keryn facilitates multiple monthly groups around Metro Atlanta including community wide caregiver groups at Phoenix at Milton Assisted Living Facility, a spousal caregiver group at the Dunwoody office, and co-facilitates a weekly art group at The Jewish Tower for residents. She is trained in the ASIST suicide intervention program.
