Judy has been practicing psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of issues including depression and anxiety, life transitions, parenting, loss, grief, and domestic violence. Her style is interactive, supportive, and collaborative. Judy uses a variety of theoretical applications and modalities of therapy that become part of a process that is unique to each one of her clients. She views her role as one to help her clients discover their strengths and learn to build on them, leading to personal growth and change.
