Ellen Zucrow

Ellen has worked for over 17 years as a therapist at JF&CS. She is the Lead Clinical Supervisor for other clinicians in the department as well as a supervisor of students who are earning their master’s degree in Social Work. She has over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Ellen’s areas of expertise include crisis intervention, grief and loss, trauma, and survivors of suicide. Her additional specialties include working with women who are dealing with breast cancer and other chronic illness. Ellen is psychodynamically trained using a variety of modalities. Her collaborative relationship with her clients is a crucial aspect of working to heal past traumas and navigate current challenges in day-to-day life.
