Danielle is a clinician trainee providing therapy to people across the lifespan. Danielle specializes in younger adults and life transition work. She is currently working towards her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology With An Emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and also has an undergraduate degree in International Management from Pepperdine University. Danielle uses evidence-based methods, including CBT and ACT techniques, mind/body work and psycho-education, for a holistic approach to helping clients heal, increase their self-agency and more easily transition through their various life phases. Danielle incorporates experiential therapy, including art therapy, play therapy, breathing exercises and mind/body connection work. Danielle believes in the power presence, mindfulness, groundedness and awareness, and incorporates these elements into sessions with clients.
