Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) works to support adult clients through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, impulsivity, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Alyssa’s approach is both compassionate and practical. Clients often describe her as warm, approachable, and caring, while also appreciating her direct, honest, and solution-focused style. She believes therapy should feel collaborative and empowering—balancing thoughtful reflection with actionable strategies that clients can use outside of session.
