Bio

Leah Kelley received her LMSW from the University of Georgia. She specializes in working with youth and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma recovery, grief, and navigating LGBTQIA+ and gender identity journeys. She uses a strengths-based perspective, incorporating multiple modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and horticultural therapy. She has worked both in group practice and in community mental health with individuals, groups, and families. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked as a youth garden educator.

Leah’s goal is to meet each person where they are, to help each client to feel heard, to grow in self-compassion, and learn to validate their emotions. She welcomes the opportunity to hold a safe space for you or your child to navigate the messiness of this world.
