Bio

Bayley is originally from South Carolina, but spent most of life growing up in Alabama. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama. After practicing as a family law attorney for nearly a decade, Bayley was struck by the number of families struggling with mental and behavioral issues so she left the practice of law to pursue a calling in social services.

Before joining JF&CS, Bayley served as the Assistant Program Director for Brightstone Transitions, an executive leadership position that gave her the opportunity to delve into her passion for optimizing systems and processes, improving organizational culture, and engage in and develop community partnerships. Before accepting that role in 2019, she worked for Brightstone as a Case Manager. She has also worked with adolescents with substance use disorder at both intensive inpatient and outpatient programs. Bayley loves developing the uniqueness of her clients and utilizes a strengths-based approach to assist those on the path to healing in a way that best serves the needs of each person, and each family.
