Alyssa Lebowitz is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with the HAMSA program to aid clients struggling with substance use disorders. She also sees young adult and adult clients experiencing difficulty with various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues and career/school struggles.

Alyssa completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. She has experience working with an array of clients in various settings, including hospital clinics, outpatient practices, group therapy settings and private practice. Alyssa is adept at providing individual therapy, as well as group counseling.

Alyssa meets clients where they are; whether they are in a place of uncertainty or ready for change. Alyssa utilizes solution focused, person-centered therapy in order to provide clients with the assistance they are seeking while on their journeys for improved wellness. Alyssa also utilizes her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist clients with reducing symptoms and navigating through barriers.
