Holly is a registered nurse (RN) with over 25 years of experience. She earned her B.S in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and an A.D. in Nursing from Clayton State University. She has over 10 years of direct experience in complex case/care management, most recently serving in the position of Nurse Navigator for the Emory ALS Clinic.

Holly is sensitive to the challenges of navigating today’s healthcare system and enjoys using her skills and experience to offer supportive guidance and coordination to simplify the process and ease her clients’ minds. Helping her clients and families coordinate and communicate with many different healthcare providers and community resources has become her specialty. Included among them are:

Physicians, nurse practitioners, physical, speech and occupational therapists, medical equipment providers, home health and home care agencies, assisted living communities, rehabilitation services and long-term care facilities.

Her understanding of health insurance processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers, veteran and disability benefits, can be a great assist to clients whose care become increasingly more complex.

Navigating the increasingly complex healthcare system can be daunting, but Holly’s years of advocacy and experience sailing these seas can certainly make the journey less confusing and overwhelming! She has presented at caregiver/patient support groups, and healthcare provider luncheons and conferences to share her knowledge and offer guidance.In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, and volunteers at a wildlife rehabilitation center, a nonprofit health clinic and is pursuing urban and wilderness First Aid certifications.
