Are you in a healthy relationship?

Abusive behavior does not always look or feel like what we might expect.

Emotional abuse can be difficult to recognize and devastating to your wellbeing, and may be experienced as: Jealousy and control, Isolation, Humiliation and blame, Sabotage and Threats.

Abusive behavior may sound like: I love you. I need to know where you are at all times. It’s for your own good. You just embarrass yourself when you go out. You’re useless. You don’t know anything. I didn’t mean anything by it. You’re just too sensitive.I can’t live without you.
