Nachman Friedman

Nachman holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology with a specialization in Play Therapy from Brenau University. Nachman has experience working in a variety of settings including private clinics, day-schools and hospitals. While Nachman specializes in Play Therapy, he enjoys working with clients of all ages.

Nachman’s therapy goals are to analyze and identify his client’s strengths and work with that client to empower the individual to address his or her struggles and life stressors. Nachman believes that everyone has the capacity and skills to approach their own challenges and enjoys being on the client’s “team” to support and encourage their therapeutic goals. Nachman is understanding and committed to his “teammates” and will make their success his biggest priority.

In his spare time, Nachman is quite busy with his four young children and a newly rescued puppy. He is an avid Falcons fan and loves playing sports. He currently volunteers with a non-profit organization that supports children suffering life-long or life-threatening illnesses. Nachman loves laughing, having fun, and making jokes which will be apparent when you schedule your first meeting with him. He is passionate about helping all clients of all ages!
