Transportation Services

JF&CS Transportation Hub

Transportation is a critical part of living independently. Without it, members of our community are socially isolated from friends and family and face barriers to going to medical appointments and accessing important community resources.

Transportation Services

Caring drivers are ready to take your family members where they need to go.

For transportation assistance, please call 866.AGE.WELL (866.243.9355) to explore available options and access registration forms. Rides should be scheduled at least a week in advance to ensure timely service. For Lyft and Uber rides facilitated through On The Go, clients can request a Registration Form by calling the same number. Once the form is completed, clients will be contacted by Ellis Sheppard, Transportation Manager, to set up billing and prepayment arrangements.

Subsidies may be available for low-income clients upon verification.

JF&CS also offers wheelchair-accessible rides. To request a Registration Form, please call 866.AGE.WELL (866.243.9355). Upon completion, Ellis will assist with billing setup. Similar to other rides, subsidies may be available for eligible clients. Additionally, we collaborate with various transportation partners, including NaborForce, MARTA Mobility, and many others, who can invoice us directly for payment. Fulton County residents may be eligible for free rides through a grant program; Ellis can provide further details and referrals for qualified individuals.

For more information, please contact Transportation Manager Ellis Sheppard at esheppard@jfcsatl.org.
