Ramie A. Tritt Family Foundation Volunteers In Action Leadership Program

This annual program provides young professionals, ages 22-35, the opportunity to experience leadership development through engaging in community service. The program educates participants on the programs and services of JF&CS, while providing hands-on volunteer experiences and exposure to seasoned Atlanta leaders. It is a unique and one-of-a-kind opportunity for young professionals to develop leadership skills through engagement in community service.The program runs annually from January to May and is comprised of 6 sessions with 2 optional social programs. Applications for the 2020 class will be open this fall.

The Kay Family Tools for Leaders program

Tools for Leaders is an interactive and dynamic education and development series designed to engage individuals who want to learn more about and get involved at JF&CS. The Program provides the opportunity for participants to gain a more in-depth knowledge of the Agency’sprograms, offers networking and personal development opportunities, and encourages participants to explore their future volunteer paths at JF&CS.

The unique curriculum of Tools for Leaders explores the JF&CS service areas over seven sessions. Each session will include education, an interactive discussion/activity, and a way to give back to the agency through a small project. The hands-on approach to learning enables participants to develop a deeper understanding of the work that is being done at JF&CS.

Interested applicants must be 22-35 years of age. Applications are due Monday, December 9th, 2019 for the 2020 program. The program is 7 sessions long, and runs from January to May, 2020. Optional graduation celebration and social opportunities exist.
