Leadership Opportunities

Leadership Opportunities

At JF&CS Atlanta, we couldn’t do what we do without the energy, vision, and generosity of our lay leaders. Whether serving on a committee, chairing an event, lending expertise to a task force, or guiding us as a member of our Board, lay leaders bring our mission to life in powerful ways. Their voices shape our direction, their dedication strengthens our community, and their leadership ensures we can continue to support those who need us most. We invite you to join us in this meaningful work and discover the many ways to lead, connect, and make a difference.

Kay Family Leadership Series

The Kay Family Leadership Series is a biennial, experiential program aimed at developing future lay leaders at JF&CS. Individuals are exposed to the breadth and depth of specialized services the agency provides across its five service areas: Frances Bunzl Clinical Services, Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Services, Aviv Older Adult Services, Career & Supportive Services, and the Ben Massell Dental Clinic. Participants will hone crucial skills necessary for the most effective leadership at the agency and the larger nonprofit community. In addition, there is ample opportunity to network and create meaningful connections among the cohort. Finally, there are multiple opportunities to engage with clients in a significant and hands-on way to better serve as an advocate and ambassador in our community.

Applications for the upcoming Kay Family Leadership Series will open in the Spring of 2026. If you are interested in receiving an application, please complete this interest form.
