Jewish Family & Career Services Atlanta Announces  New Leadership Structure

ATLANTA, Ga. — August 2019 —Jewish Family & Career Services (JF&CS) announces a new strategic leadership structure to helm the non-sectarian social services agency.

With Terri Bonoff’s recent appointment to lead the agency as Chief Executive Officer, a new structure has been put into place to lead the agency in its continuous work to achieve its mission of making hope and opportunity happen for the metro Atlanta community.

“This team is uniquely qualified to drive the programs and resources needed to help engage talented staff to execute our services, generous donors to help make them possible, and individuals and families throughout Atlanta who could benefit from our myriad services,” said Bonoff. “We believe this strategic leadership structure and mix of dynamic individuals will help JF&CS expand and advance the ways we work to improve the quality of life and build self-sufficiency for individuals and families in greater Atlanta.”

The leadership team includes:

  • Terri Bonoff, Chief Executive Officer, joined the agency in June 2019
  • Lisa Bronstein, Chief Human Resources Officer, promoted from Director of Human Resources
  • Faye Dresner, Chief Impact Officer, has been in the role since 2015
  • Jeff Holland, Chief Financial Officer, has been in the role since 2015
  • Amanda La Kier, Chief Development Officer, joined the agency August 2019
  • Loren Solomon, Chief Marketing Officer, has been in the role since 2017

The agency, which has been in existence since 1891, is well-positioned for the next phase of establishing and executing transformative social services programs for the Atlanta community.
