Let’s break your answer down into three parts:

1. “I am” - A glimpse into who you are (i.e. personality traits)
2. "I can” - Your strongest skills and abilities
3. “I will” - Your accomplishments or plans for your next role

Example:

I AM: Hard-working, resilient.

I CAN: Manage accounts, build relationships.

I WILL: Drive sales, improve customer service, enhance brand awareness.

Put it all together:

“I am a hard-working, resilient Sales Professional with the ability to build relationships and manage accounts. My goal is to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service while enhancing brand awareness.”
