We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the JF&CS team. As a DSP, you have the opportunity for a fulfilling and rewarding career making a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. A DSP helps individuals with disabilities to lead self-directed lives and contribute to the community, assists with activities of daily living if needed, and encourages attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.

We are also seeking individuals with a High School Diploma or equivalent (an Associate's degree is preferred, but not required). Basic computer skills are also preferred, as well as experience with working with individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities, but we will train the right person with the right passion.
