Information
This 45-minute class is designed for seniors of all fitness levels. It is a full body workout with concentration on maintaining independence through strength training (upper and lower body), core work, flexibility and balance exercises. The class is structured to enable participants of all fitness levels to successfully achieve a full body workout and have fun at the same time.
