An online closed group for those in the Jewish community who have experienced loss of a child, grandchild, or sibling to suicide. There will be 8 sessions that cover many topics such as stigma and myths around suicide, what does grief over suicide loss look like, self care, managing milestones, and Jewish identity and grief. Co-facilitated by Mary Chase Mize, LPC, NCC and Ula Zusman APC, NCC.
