An ancient Energy (Chi, primordial life force) healing practice of moving meditation. Reconnecting to your soul and life force results in strengthening physical flexibility, agility, and aerobic capacity; decreasing stress, anxiety and depression ; creating a sense of well-being; improved balance; improved muscle strength; and increased energy and stamina. The focus on positive life serving thinking can improve your mood.
