Join Rebecca Brown, LCSW and Ula Zusman, NCC for a weekly free support group for parents dealing with difficult issues during this unprecedented time.
The aim of this group is to gain support and learn from other parents while exploring some tips and strategies to handle topics such as:
* Emotional regulation and meltdowns
* Juggling work and the non-stop demand of parenting
* Sibling relationships
Parenting of preschool age kids (2-5 years) taking place every Monday from 1 - 2 pm.
