Information
This curriculum is centered on cultivating mindfulness, emotion regulation, and personal growth through hands‐on ceramic art. Each week features structured activities, mindfulness practices, and group discussions that encourage self-reflection and collaboration.

-- A calm, supportive space for creativity and growth
-- Light refreshments provided ("Sip" as in tea/juice – not alcoholic)
