Stepping Stones is an in-person group that provides play opportunities for children (age 0-5) and guidance for parents navigating the early years.

We will cover:

Parenting the developing brain

Emotional regulation for children and adults

Tools for handling challenges “in the moment”Routines and rituals that foster connection
