Information
Stepping Stones is an in-person group that provides play opportunities for children (age 0-5) and guidance for parents navigating the early years.
We will cover:
-- Parenting the developing brain
-- Emotional regulation for children and adults
-- Tools for handling challenges “in the moment”
-- Routines and rituals that foster connection
Cost: FREE
Facilitated by Horwitz-Zusman Child & Family Center mental health professionals
