Stepping Stones is an in-person group that provides play opportunities for children (age 0-5) and guidance for parents navigating the early years.
An intro to the group material:
- Parenting the developing brain
- Emotional regulation for children and adults
- Tools for handling challenges “in the moment”
- Routines and rituals that foster connection
