In Your Time is an open-ended process group for female-identified singles in their late-twenties to mid-thirties.
You will work on:
- Developing an acceptance practice and learning how to embrace where we are in life
- Learning to challenge cultural, societal, familial narratives and negative core beliefs that induce shame, fear, self-doubt, and self-sabotage
- Constructing an internal compass based on personal needs and values to support value-based living
