About Amanda La Kier Chief Philanthropy & Marketing Officer
Amanda La Kier became the Chief Philanthropy & Marketing Officer for Jewish Family & Career Services (JF&CS) on September 1, 2021. JF&CS of Atlanta offers programs and resources to transform lives. Since 1891, JF&CS has provided individuals and families of all faiths with services to support their ability to live to their full potential.
Amanda's Bio
Amanda La Kier joined Jewish Family & Career Services (JF&CS) in August of 2019 as the Chief Development Officer. Now, as the Chief Philanthropy & Marketing Officer, Amanda leads the agency’s marketing and development efforts which include fundraising events and volunteer activities. She brings more than 25 years of experience in fundraising and development to JF&CS.
Amanda most recently served as Vice President of Individual Giving, Donor Relations and Grants for WABE/ATL PBA. Prior to that she was the Nationwide Director of Corporate Initiatives at the American Cancer Society and has also served as the Director of Development at the American Jewish Committee.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive from CFRE International.
