With both expertise and compassion, Aviv Older Adult Services helps aging individuals and their families navigate life transitions and changing circumstances. Together, we problem-solve to create the most appropriate, unique solutions for each of our clients — while most importantly, respecting their independence.
Whether you are an older adult, a spouse, or an adult family caregiver, we will support you on your journey. Our licensed, clinical and master’s level social workers, geriatric care managers, and resource specialists are here to help.
JF&CS therapists are licensed at the highest levels and are some of the best the Atlanta area has to offer.
AgeWell Atlanta Information & Referral
In the confusing world of programs and services for older adults, we are happy to provide information and referrals to get you the assistance you need. Aviv Older Adult Services provides referrals to the community resources that best fit your needs through AgeWell Atlanta. Call us at 1.866.AGE.WELL.
Agewell Atlanta is a multi-agency collaborative resource created to help older adults live and age well. AgeWell Atlanta offers an information hotline where a knowledgeable specialist will answer your questions and help you connect with aging-specific services.
Our Services
Respite Voucher Program
Thank you for your interest in the ARC JFCS Respite Voucher Program. All funding for Adult Day Health Services has been allocated for this fiscal year. There remains a few slots left for in-home care. The next grant period will start in July 2024. Please check back on the JFCS website a week or so before the beginning of that time for the link to the application. Please note that priority will be given to first time applicants, those who have never received funds. Please click here for link to the application for those requesting in-home care.
