JF&CS is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital and social marketing campaigns across all our digital channels.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with the marketing team, the development (fundraising) team, and supporting vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Your goals and objectives will be identified by your supervisor, the Chief Marketing Officer. They will fit within our marketing department’s goals of increased fundraising, increased brand awareness, and increased service area clients.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, detail oriented, big-picture thinking, content driven, and technology specialist to work alongside our existing marketing team. We work hard and have passion for our work. We make a significant difference in our community, and digital marketing is a key component of our communications strategy.


  • Serve as agency lead on all things digital
  • Maintain website and use as primary digital tool
  • Work within and with existing marketing tools and platforms
  • Plan, oversee, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and other fundraising and brand advertising campaigns through our content strategy
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify our industry trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for all things digital
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Prepare accurate reports on digital marketing overall performance


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Solid understanding of Google analytics, Adwords, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook ,Twitter and SnapChat, as well as emerging social media platforms.
  • Experience creating and optimizing paid social media campaigns
  • Design skills and video editing a plus
