Gentle Pilates

2:00pm to 3:00pm



This weekly class features a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Equipment and special notes: A mat and any props such as a small ball, elastic bands, head pad(pillow), weights. You will need to be able to get up and down off the floor during the class.
